People arrive here for different reasons. For some, anxiety has become harder to ignore. For others, relationships feel draining or difficult to navigate. And sometimes, it’s harder to name—just a knowing that something isn’t right and needs to change.

My practice offers space to bring what you’re noticing, even if you don’t yet have the words for it. There’s no need to have it figured out before you arrive.

Whatever you’re carrying, there is room for it here.
